Free rows, the founding price and the waitlist
The first 5 rows of every county list are free; every row is $19 a month at the founding price, and waitlist members from before Oct 27 get December free.
Anyone can see the first 5 rows of every county list, with every column. The rest of the list shows a count of how many more properties are on it.
Every row: the Tax Sale edition
The Tax Sale edition opens every row on every county list we carry, with CSV download and county alerts. Paid signups open Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 8 a.m. Central at a founding price of $19 a month, which stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed. See the founding offer.
The waitlist
The waitlist is free. If you joined it before October 27, 2026, December is free when you subscribe with that same email: your first charge is January 1, 2027, and you can cancel before then and pay nothing.
