By using Georgia Signals ("the Service") you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. The Service is operated by HD Signals LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we" or "us").
What the Service is
Georgia Signals is being built to compile public notices of Georgia foreclosure and tax sales from county legal newspapers and other public sources. Today the site offers general information and a free waitlist. No paid plan is offered yet; if one is offered later, its price and terms will be shown before you pay.
Not advice
Everything on the Service is general information. It is not legal, financial or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, bid on or avoid any property. Foreclosure and tax sales carry real risks. Consult a Georgia attorney and do your own research before acting.
Accuracy
Public records can be late, incomplete or wrong, and scheduled sales are often postponed or cancelled. Information is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Always confirm a sale with the official notice, the county and the party conducting the sale.
Acceptable use
Use the Service for your own research and lawful business. Do not scrape the site, resell or republish its compilations as a competing service, or use it to harass or mislead property owners. Contacting owners must follow applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the CAN-SPAM Act.
Ownership
The site, its design, code and compilations belong to HD Signals LLC. The underlying public records belong to their public sources.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HD Signals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas. We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Questions: use the contact form.
