Billing, the founding price and cancelling
$19 a month founding price, billed by HD Signals LLC as GEORGIA SIGNALS; cancel anytime from your account page.
The founding price
- The Tax Sale edition is a monthly subscription, $19 a month at the founding price, billed through Stripe by HD Signals LLC. It appears on your statement as GEORGIA SIGNALS.
- The founding price stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active. When foreclosure notices are added, new signups will pay more; founding members keep $19.
- If the price of your plan ever changes, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
When you are charged
- Waitlist members from before October 27, 2026: not until January 1, 2027 (December is free), if you subscribe with the email you joined with.
- Everyone else: when you subscribe, then monthly.
Cancelling
Sign in on your account page and choose Manage billing or cancel. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for. We do not give partial-month refunds unless the law requires it. If you are in the free December window and cancel before January 1, you pay nothing.
