Which counties have a list right now
Every Georgia county has a page; counties with a posted list show their properties, and more are added as they are checked.
All 159 Georgia counties have a page with the next sale date, the courthouse and the county's sources. A county's properties appear once its tax sale list is posted and our morning check can read it.
As of October 24, 2026
- Lists posted for the November 3, 2026 sale: Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb, Muscogee, Chatham and Clayton.
- Checked every morning, list not posted yet: Gwinnett, whose next sale is December 1, 2026. The county posts its list about four weeks ahead, and the page fills itself in when it does.
The counties page is always the current answer: it marks every county with a posted list and its property count.
Columns differ by county
Each county publishes different columns. Most lists have the parcel, the address, the owner or defendant, and the opening bid or taxes due. Fulton's sheriff list has parcel and address only, so its page shows those two.

Quick answers
- My county shows no properties. Why?
- Either the county has not posted its list for the next sale yet, or we have not enrolled that county's list. The county page shows the next sale date either way.
- Will you cover all 159 counties?
- Every county has a page now. Lists are added county by county as each county's published list is checked.
