Members pick their counties on the account page; the waitlist gets one email when its county goes live.
Waitlist emails
When you join the waitlist you get one email when your county goes live, plus a short note on how Georgia's first-Tuesday sales work. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
County alerts for members
Signed-in members choose the counties they follow on the account page. The "new on the list" alert is an email that tells you when a county you follow adds properties to its next list, so you are not re-checking county sites. Alerts are part of the Tax Sale edition; pick your counties on the account page and the alert emails follow your picks.
Changing or stopping emails
- Change your counties any time on the account page.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop it.
